Enclosed is one of my favorite Steve Jobs video doing what he did best, driving change across the company.  He had just returned and Apple was in difficult situation.  In this video he talks to an internal audience about the importance of “brands” and how they needed to honor greatness and inspire people to do the impossible.  They shouldn’t be talking about technology.  This later became the Think Differently campaign but in this short video you see how he tells the story of what they need to do.  Storytelling is a key asset in great leaders and Steve is as good as it gets.  He was a great marketer, an incredible business man and most of all an innovator.

I hope you enjoy this video as much as I do!

Some photo’s I discovered on my computer that were lost among my many emails…. hehehe.

We will miss you Steve Jobs!

I admired many things about Steve Jobs but the one thing that he did better than anyone was to understand what the user would want and build it even before the user knew they needed it. He focused on simplicity and ease of use and eliminated the hurdles of humans using technology. This is evident in that many of the IPAD users today are in their 70′s and beyond.

He was a true visionary and the Thomas Edison of our time. I hope his passion, vision, innovation and drive will continue at Apple and in the process continue to shape our every changing world. May you rest in peace Steve, the world and I will miss your genius!
